Joseph, did you have specific "victims" in mind when you wrote: "so you don't get the story filtered through the eyes of a victim who has an axe to grind." What exactly do you mean by that? Do you think only an uninvolved outsider can be trusted to write truthfully about the cult? That comment seems to me to be a not so subtle put-down of cult survivors who write about their experiences.
