I am glad they have been good parents to you. I am glad you are getting their support and affection and whatever else you need and deserve from parents.
Can you also realize that while your parents have been good to you as you say, they may have deeply hurt other people? It is a simple as that. It may take time to unpack and sort what they have stored in their past. It may take time for you to understand how the parents you describe are also the people responsible for hurtful actions to others.
