One way is to keep telling about practices of TF, how they collect money, to make public as much as possible about how they operate.
Education is good but alone is not enough indication of having left TF. TF has sent people to study. Some children of family members are getting graduate education and they continue supporting their parents even though they themselves say they aren't in TF anymore. Not only that but they go and help them in their "ministry" every chance they have.
Sorry to be so skeptical.
