I personally believe LTO is trying to get a handle on issues associated with making apologies and seeking forgiveness for his or her own benefit. Whoever the hypothetical FGA family may be, they are not the ones engaging in dialog. Yet LTO keeps coming back, even though there's been "harsh criticism" and other really challenging posts.
I'm glad that a few people who've paid their dues are starting to weigh in on this discussion, because quite frankly, I was getting tired of pussy-footing around about what it costs a person to come clean on the past. There's no way to make amends for a shameful past without having it impact you and your family in the present. No one can change the past, but we can change the future when we talk about our toxic secrets and take responsibility for the damage our actions have done us and others.
