I think that you are amazingly gracious to be able to forgive those that hurt you when you were a child. It seems to me that adults in this group and adult ex-members of COG still don't understand what society thinks about child abuse - especially child sexual abuse. People who abused children are beaten up and sometimes killed by robbers, thieves, murderers etc in prisons because even criminals feel that children at least deserve to be protected. Of course, not all ex-members are like this, but there seem to be too many who think that a simple sorry should suffice. Catholics have paid out millions and priests arrested. There is no mercy there. You wrote a book that the general public is left in shock over. It's time for some people to realize just what a terrible thing they ignored around them.
