I invite you to point out to me in which part of my post I call you a "liar". Please do not ascribe words and motives to me which have not been said. Your "questions" were closer to vague and sweeping statements, and as Celeste pointed out in her post to you, were indeed answered in the book, but I guess she has also answered you as to which sections answer your questions, so I need not do so.
I do, in fact, know what I am talking about, as I am one of the authors of the book.
