Yes, that is in the url box, but the page is completely white. When I click on the COG pubs tab, before the screen goes white, there is some kind of message in the middle of the screen but I can't read it because it only flashes for about a second or less. I assume it is the same message I get when I get mistakenly banned from time to time for posting spam that I didn't post.
