I think he qualified for number 9 and should rank 9 of 9. Just thinking about the letter addressed to his own daughter who "disobeyed" him, he wrote that letter: "If the Truth kills, Let it Kill" where he would just as well see her dead if she didn't obey him.
Also, so much of his lit talks about damning whole races and wishing them dead even to talking about how the fat ones burn best and were put on the bottom of the fire.
Yeah, I think he qualifies for a 9 score.
