I saw the picture of this person but he looks like many pitiful homeless old men I find in the streets of Seattle or Portland.
One problem with reports like Christina's is that current pictures and even proper names do not correspond very much to what we remember. Bible names of people involved and places will definitely help memories but system names mean very little for most of us.
I am not saying this in a derrogatory way at all but as a way to improve those reports to make them helpful.
