alcohol is a drug and there was a lot of alcohol abuse within The Family and Berg's prescribed limits were rarely followed. In fact, I never saw those limits enforced. Maybe because I was in Europe most of the time. Europeans just ignored it. I don't doubt that people in other continents ignored suggested limits as well.
That slamdance prophet bus troupe looked pretty retro to the sixties with the prophet and rod and all.
