They've screwed around with those settings so many times I could hardly find it on my own computer today.
Was it always set on "automatically"? Or did you just change it to that now?
If that doesn't work, try some of the other settings, anything except "Never".
I remember that there was a time when this kind of thing was happening here in the the past. I'm not sure what WC did to fix it, but I do remember a time when a lot of people had to adjust their browser settings.
The only other person I know of that has been having an issue had to do with his own posts not appearing. That had to do with our spam filter, which I adjusted. He could always see the new messages, just not new ones he wrote (because they were being bounced into a spam directory).
I'm not sure if there are others having this problem besides you at this time. You mentioned that it doesn't happen on your computer at home. What are you running on that computer for a browser? If it's IE6 you might want to double check that setting and see if it's the same as on the work computer.
I'm sorry about all this trouble. I will also visit the author's website today and see if they have anything about this on their message boards. I'll also check to make sure I didn't configure that one switch about allowing caching backward or something like that.
