Besides that, the point was that it hasn't been an offering of "hollow" opinions, but rather, a discussion and a willingness (usually) to hear all the facts, or another point of view. There have been changes in the past after these discussions. So I can't agree with you that it is an unsatisfying venue or a form of totalarism.
It has changed quite dramatically over the past, what is it? about ten years?
I'm not saying it's perfect, but I certainly don't have the time to maintain a board and offer the resources they do there. They even have a free Counsellor who is qualified to help ex cult people. Now that's something that's probably not utilised enough.
Anyway, I digress, believe me, if I thought it was needed I would petition a more dramatic change. As it is, I'm just glad I was wrong.
