I'm not sure you did anything, given that the incident was touched off by someone reposting your message. I still don't think it's that big a deal, certainly not worth all the time and effort that has been put into it by a few of us over the last couple of days. But, then again, you ignore it and everyone starts to form all kinds of opinons about that too.
I'm still interested in reading your book. Once I get done with all this Christmas stuff, you'll probably see my ten bucks float through as well.
