Australian born Louris May Yamaguchi, a.k.a. Louris Nielson, a.k.a. Robin, Maggie, Magdalene, Lori, Keda, Kedar Sky and other pseudonyms, was assigned to illegally obtain Canadian passports for Berg, Zerby and their staff, and was subsequently:

• convicted in 1989, Montreal, under Section 94 of the Immigration Act ("the intent to commit an illegal act") and sentenced to 8 months in prison.
• convicted for theft over $1,000, and received a suspended sentence and two year probation.
• convicted for Immigration Act offence: Section 57-3 ("fraudulent passport application")
• was convicted for Immigration Act offence: Section 9-29A ("being in the possession of forged passports").
• was convicted for obstructing a police officer and sentenced to 45 days imprisonment.
  
• was deported from Canada.
