I have an SG friend who frets that her generation will never see justice. There'a also the haunting feeling that kids currently in TFI will continue to experience sexual abuse, just not on the scale it once occurred.
Look at how persistent and pervasive the abuse has been in the RC Church, and this is not an organization that overtly preached pedophilia as a sign of God's love. Why would the problem suddenly go away in TFI homes if it hasn't gone away in the RC Church for over 40 years?
When I see how the issue has played out in the RC Church over many decades, it gives me a certain perspective. If human progress includes the evolution of more humane religious institutions, then sooner or later TFI will have to come to grips with the magnitude of the problem unleashed by its Law of Love doctrine.
