I noticed that whenever controversial subjects come up that new pen names appear like mushrooms after a rain. It can get a little confusing trying to figure out who is who, but as long as they're not posting maliciously or using the cover of a new name to make "digs" (that they wouldn't dare make with their regular name) then I don't worry about it.
I have no problem with Achieck posting as "Student" to do like she said, separate personalities from subject matter, or Jo posting as "ex-clamation" to introduce a new thought. I've done that myself at times. And whenever someone posts under a name like "Hurting" or "Damaged" I figure they probably have good reason to want to vent their pain without attaching it to their name.
I did see some posts that kind of disturbed me, like using the cover of pen names to make digs at someone.
