I have written a declaration about my years in TF and my tenure as a F. teacher. I sent it to the lawyer. They advised me that all this will go public and my name could be smeared around as TF is employing heavy duty lawyers and are playing dirty (what a surprise!). My concern is my adult children whom I do not want to hurt anymore than I already have and who have asked me to never appear publically regarding our past. However, I had a therapist who told me it was the right thing to do and in the end, people will forget names and events. Not a surprise either seeing our short-term memory our culture seems to have (TV perhaps?). I should send this off tomorrow, but I am torn for fear of hurting my children. What would you do? I don't want to see this little child hurt by how TF plays dirty politics.
