he is never going to win the case on the bases of religious beliefs, as there's plenty of protection for that in the first amendment.
he has a chance if he can stir up stuff about past practices and cases, and if he can make the case about some practical issues, (for example the usual moving often without letting you know where, lack of stability, bringing other witnesses that were raised in the group) not religious ones.
