Very disturbing to read all this...she wore invisible chains stood also out for me as it amazes you, that someone wouldn't run away at the first opportunity...but the evil trick with the contract is quite a dominating force...
I had read about evil Dutroux before & how "higher
circles" were involved, which makes you vomit...
For Carol it had a positive note/end to it...that monster was locked up, something she also endured the trial for, so that others couldn't be harmed.
And that she has the strength to counsel others...
victims...people in need is really touching...
Too bad that her marriage broke up...may be a burden hard to carry for two people?!
It's for journeys, but I am touched by the part where it mentions which book made Janice see the difference between good & evil & TG the pastor gave the right answer...can't immagine, if she had ran into TF in that moment...
It just shows, how important it is to have a very clear/ clean mind, when it comes to sexual things...what to say, what to live yourself.
Thanks for posting the link...disturbing as it is.
(It somewhat reminds me of a movie I once saw on TV - Dutch?? - about a couple hitchhiking & at a gasstation he lost track of his girlfriend, who got enticed by a sick prof. of chemistry...that sick prof buried his victim alife in his yard & expected him to search for his love & finding/expecting the same fate...it was nauseating...it was a "clever"/sinister face of evil & how it can trap the people with innocent intentions...it's even more troublesome if you see people actually being perpetrating such crimes & you wonder whether it's really a crime to show such stuff...people getting more ideas, like that guy getting his idea about the contract from somewhere else...sigh...)
