is whatever the hell he wants. Just because he spent a part of his childhood in the cult does not obligate (morally or otherwise) him to do anything much less publicly advocate on behalf of others who also spent a portion or the entirety of their childhood in the organization. While I strongly disagree with the legislative proposal he supports, he has the right to publicly support it and any other causes he chooses to.
