The Ward judgment is very long so its easy to forget just how much detail there is in there. The Macau section is extensive and should provide lots of details for your article.
I will consider doing a sketch of the compound as I remember it, however I'm still not certain of the value of doing that. Is it really necessary to know which particular building the teens were housed or punished in? Isn't it enough to know that spiritual and physical violence and oppression occurred there? Perhaps, as you suggest, such a diagram will help jog memories.
I will be interested to know what questions you have after you've read the Ward decision regarding Macau. I'm not certain I can add anymore to what is written there, other than to verify what I personally witnessed occurring there, such as hard labor, silence restrictions, forced fasting and solitary confinement, and intensive indoctrination.
