The farm was/is on the island of Coloane. It's been 16 years since I was there and there has been a lot of development there, including an international airport. On google earth you can see what I think is probably the airport runway built offshore of Taipa island.
On google earth you will notice a line connecting Macau city to the island of Taipa. That is a causeway connecting Taipa to the main part of Macau on the mainland. There is a shorter causeway connecting Taipa to Coloane. Those two islands along with the main city make up what is collectively known as Macau.
Ho's farm was/is on the south east shore of Coloane if I remember correctly. If you look on the google earth map there is a town or village called Chu Wan. The farm, if it still exists, is around that area I think, at a place called Black Sand Beach. At least that's the English translation of the Chinese name, which I've forgotten. On the google map you'll see a crescent shaped beach just east of Chu Wan. That might be the location of the farm. I could be mistaken though, and it might be further east of that, but that is the general area. I'm pretty sure it's somewhere along the coast between Chu Wan and Hei-sha Wan, but it's been along time so I don't remember exactly.
