Now I remember Judy did change her name to Crystal, but she left Macau for Thailand and was there around 1986-1988. Could she really have been involved with the victor camps? I shudder to think I used to like her, thinking she was one of the nicer ones. But she was pretty sold out, that's for sure.
Yes, Ho & company did have connections with the governor. One of HK's richest also lived there, rumored to be part of the triads. The triads knew about Ho, but left him alone I think.
