Another point is that these dedicated South Korean nationals don't need to step in tomorrow to fill Tim Peters' shoes. They were filling their own shoes yesterday while Tim Peters was still a 6-year old in elementary school back in the States. Peters simply came along & saw what they were doing & copied it.
Also, South Korea is a rich country & I'm sure S. Korean Christians give to help their poor north Korean fellows. They raise their own finances & don't need to receive funds from FCF/The Family, an organization with a history of crime.
