Once again, my point was missed. By saying that I work with lawyers all day, I didn't mean to imply that any of them were the smartest of people. Nor am I. What I found funny was the fact that you typed a tome of "legalese" in honor of my stupid slander/libel/defamation error when someone (harshly called "dumbass", I might add) had already done so. You just did it in the most un-reader-friendly way.
Now, for you to bring the whole drug aspect into things is completely out of line. What is with you people wanting to go for the jugular when you feel you've been slighted?? Are you now going to accuse me of selling drugs if I make fun of your name? I mean, seriously, who names their kid "Oscar"??
All that aside, obviously what one person finds funny is not going to tickle someone else's funny bone; for example, your rare talent for coming across as "stupendously boring". Lighten up. Life's too short to walk around chronically constipated.
