Could this be an administrative oversight on the part of LB's managers? The page with the link you provided hasn't been updated since 2001.
The difference between LB and Tim Peters, as far as I can tell, is that the LB couple came to this site and made it absolutely clear they were no longer tithing. Whether they've actually cut their ties with FCF is hard to tell, but they said they would, and I haven't seen any evidence of RECENT activity involving LB & FCF.
Tim Peters, on the other hand, proudly defended his affiliation with TFI just one year ago. It makes a big difference in my mind that he could still be tithing to the central office. If he isn't tithing, he still appears to see no problem with using FCF as a pass-through for donations to his ministry. So he's different from the LB couple in that regard, because they DID see a problem.
