Thanks for that explanation. Like you said, it's a touchy subject, and given the recent tactics by Family members/supporters posing as Smiley trying to turn the issue on its head by condemning us, I guess I'm still a bit defensive.
I agree that going after the "head" makes a lot of sense. However, there have been many, many circumstances over the years that have caused "people in the cult ... to re-evaluate their line of thinking", as you put it, and have left TF. What is it going to take to convince those remaining that they are following corrupt liars, spiritual abusers, false prophets and criminals?
That's a rhetorical question because as I said in another post, I'm not trying to convince individual members to leave TF, I'm not trying to deny their freedom of religion, but I am trying to expose the dark side of TF in an effort to prevent them from continuing to deceive people and destroy lives, while claiming to be God's elite.
