I can't comment on your personal experiences with Tim, yours seem to obviously be different from mine, but this comment of yours is inaccurate:

I was in Kobe to help with the work done down there, and we were not asked to leave for any reasons at all, nor did we distribute anything moldy. I don't know where you got your information, but it's not accurate.
