It doesn't matter about the terminology you use, FM/FD/MM to be eligible to get FCF money. By the way as I remember, you can only get $$ from FCF from people who want to give you money. They give it to FCF to get a tax break receipt, then they (FCF) forward the money to you. That is the way it was operating for a long time. Don't have any idea what they do with $$ they make themselves from car donations etc.

For all anyone knows this Peters guy is FM. When you're FM you can basically do whatever you want. You don't have to follow the party line or the letters if you don't want to. (I know that from experience) He can say whatever he wants, except outright critisism of the F, and he can still get $$ from FCF if people who want to give him $$ do so through FCF. Hope that's a small help.
