I am glad you have read the rules. Yes, to be fair, I ask other posters to refrain from calling 'Smiley' names as well. Let's have intelligent discussions.
However, remember that having intelligent discussions also involved answering questions, not avoiding them. For e.g. a poster below referred you to the Family promoting abuse of minors, incest, lack of education, child exploitation, etc. & you only response was to say that you disagreed if the Family raised funds using fraud.
The same poster gave you the URL to MovingOn where hundreds of young adults testified to physical, sexual & emotional abuse in the Family, & you responded, 'I would read those with a grain of salt if I were to you.' My reaction to your statement was one of stunned shock. I can't believe you could say such a callous thing.
If you can dismiss such terrible stories of abuse with a wave of your hand, not even giving them the time of day, then I suggest you stop posting on this board. If you cannot even believe the heart-wrenching stories of actual abuse victims, then there is little point discussing anything with you.
