Just look at his recents posts, hell, pretty much all of them. He resorts to naming calling, taunting, twisting words, demanding answers to questions we have no obligation to answer. Tim Peters, on the other hand, does have a legal and moral obligation to answer the question of whether or not he is currently affiliated with The Family.
Smiley is just trying to bury the real issue in a barrage of personal attacks on us, which is highly inappropriate, not to mention self-righteous, behavior on his part.
