You'll find the documentation for criminal child abuse and neglect, kidnapping, plagarism, and charity & documents fraud at xfamily. Use the search terms: Child Abduction, Plagarism, Abuse, Discipline, Pseudonyms, Secrecy.
Now it's your turn to answer a question: Why do Karen Zerby, Peter Kelly, and Sam Perfilio live in hiding under assumed names? Could it be that psydonyms and secrecy have allowed TFI's criminal leadership to avoid arrest and escape prosecution? The sustained ability to get away with crime does not establish innocence.
There is one notable case where an obedient disciple took the fall for Berg & Zerb's criminal conspiracy to commit document fraud. Search "Loris May Yamaguchi" at xfamily and scroll down to "Criminal Activity".
Very few (if any) of the child abuse cases that were prosecuted against Family adults resulted in an acquittal or complete exoneration of the defendents. If you believe the prosecution of TFI for child abuse resulted in acquittal, you haven't looked at the court records for these cases and are relying on what you've been told by leadership. Most cases of child abuse against TFI--Australia & Argentina are good examples--were dismissed on legal technicalities; thre was never a full hearing of the evidence by an impartial jury.
It is nearly impossible to make a case for the
abuse and neglect of children when the victims are unwilling to provide evidence or testify. A number of young adults who were children at the time of the Argentine and Australian raids have admitted that they denied and covered up their abuse histories when their homes were raided and investigated. (See Movingon for documentation.)
These young adults hid evidence of a crime while still dependent children living in TFI homes because they were told by people they trusted that what had happened to them was not abuse; they were carefully instructed by people they trusted to lie; and they were terrified by the threat of placement in foster care or an institution if they talked with outsiders about their experiences growing up in TFI.
Is this a good enough explanation as to how criminals are able to elude justice?
