Although I don't have paragraph and letter numbers for you, I remember two separate discussions:
One was that Eve was 5 months pregnant and it was before Christmas and she was moving heavy furniture around the house and they heavy exertion caused her to miscarry. That they put the baby in box and rushed it to the hospital and it was a warning about not overdoing during pregnancy.
The second was a discussion from Berg on the dangers of deep penetration during sex and that the man could "literally bang the baby's brains out" or something to that effect.
So while I do recall both of the instances you mention, I don't recall Berg talking about violent sex with Eve, nor that her miscarriage was a result of sex.
However, I was quite young at the time I read both of these episodes and I could just not be remembering properly.
