I don't know what web browser you use, but I use Firefox. Under the Edit tab there is a function called Find In This Page. I open the COG pub, or any web page for that matter and type in the word I'm searching for in the Find window. It finds and highlights every instance of the word. Perhaps your web brower has a similar function.
