I would think you should add some berries to your juice, all berries are high in antioxidants, and prunes.
Your juice sounds great, but like Moonshiner said, seems a bit heavy on the sugars. Have you looked around on the web for juice recipes?
Broccoli-I would either chop it up and add to a fresh salad, or very lightly steam and eat as-is, or in a salad.
Oh yes, what about adding a bit of tofu to your juice mix?
I think for getting rid of 'baby fat' your wife would need to add some cardiovascular exercise to her regime, jogging, jump-rope, swimming.
