I've seen situations like that go down where the not only the guy turns on you but the female does as well.
Personally, I would ten to stay out of it and call the cops.
I know a guy who got cut in a situation like that. He thought he just got sliced on the side, but it ended up damaging his liver and he had some pretty serious complications. It was the girl who cut him.
