Me personally? Nothing. I probably wouldn't even be aware of this poll except that PD asked me to put a link in the header of the Health Forum that she manages. If I do happen to click on the link myself, all I will see is the same screen you would see. I have no access to the program itself, or the server it is run on.

The only information anybody would receive is what people click on the survey. There isn't anything asked on the survey that would identify a specific individual. After one finishes with it, what is known is if they are an SGA or an FGA, if they considered suicide or not, and if they did if that was before, during or after they were in The Family.
Why we want to know any of this, I'm really not sure. Again it was PD's idea, her poll, her forum. All I did was put the link in the header for people to click.
As far as the thing you said in a message up above about people misusing personal information in the past, I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to. I'm not saying that it never happened, just that I'm drawing a blank right now. Perhaps if you tell me what you are talking about specifically, I can tell you what measures, if any, we've taken to make sure that kind of thing does not happen in the future.
