Regarding the AIDs thing? With all the sex going on in the Family I would hope they would be taking periodic tests for STD's incl. HIV and Hep C. After all, HIV treated early can give a person a good quality of life for years and years because of the ever improving "cocktails" to treat it. I have even seen people at death's door regain their health and have quality of life though there is still no cure.
I thing the Family should add well woman exams, preventative healthcare into their charter, and not just for the countries where health care is provided where the family doesn't have to pay.
I think of these people in third world countries, having children and no adequate healthcare! >:p
