IT's all a lie. Though I am the father of lies, trust me on this one and think about it. If you ran hell, would YOU want BERG THERE? So NO! He was sent to an outer void where there is only darkness and he can't bother anyone and he has no audience, no followers and no children to molest. I think that is a good hell for him. I counseled with my head demons and it seemed best for all.
NONE OF US WANTED HIM.
