There was a GN about this many, many years ago called, "The Jonah [something]" -- I can't remember the exact title, perhaps the missing word is "phenomenon" or something similar. The GN was about failed prophecy and how Jonah prophecied that Ninevah would be destroyed and it wasn't, etc.
