And read my reply to 'reader'. I know I can't handle LSD and even a little pot can sometimes blast me out into hallucinating like I'm on Acid. What Breggin points out is that serotonin is the key to the psychedelic experience. Maybe I already have too much serotonin shuffling around in my brain already. If I wanted to, I know enuf people that I could sit around all day smokin some really good organic shit but I don't cause I don't like what it does to me. And I only mean what it does to me biologically. At a certain point and I never know when or where that point is, I will begin to vibrate like I have a heavy dose of electricity running from through my entire body. It is not fun.
The only time I go to a doctor, is maybe once a year to get a prescription for an anti-histamine in case I have to work around cats. I take herbs, vitamins& minerals, use a Rife machine, exercise, eat healthy, and drink LOTS of water and try to stay as far away from the entire medical profession as I can excluding you of course:>)
