As far as psychiatrists mointoring someone on SSRI's that IMO is like telling the fox to monitor the henhouse. Most shrinks and other MD's are little more that high priced whores for the pharmecuticals.
Besides, shrinks according to their own study in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, are the nutcases of the medical profression, committing suicide at twice the national rate.
And besides all that, their is NO biological marker for any of these 'disorders' that the shrinks have conjured up. That means that there is NO objective blood or brain test that a doctor can give someone to determine if they have depression or any other mental 'disease'. It's all based on behavior and subjective answers to "Well, now tell me how do you FEEL?"
