There is work underway to make the videos available in other formats (possibly including Flash and/or WMV) but this will take some time. In the meantime, you may find our still incomplete video help page (see link below) of some use. I can pretty much guarantee that the video will work with VLC available from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
It includes all the necessary codecs and is a great program I highly reccomend.
Users of other players may need to download additional codecs to view MPEG-4/xViD/Divx videos.
