I can't take too much credit. Oldtimer reminded me of Berg's statement,Peter Frouman suggested the search technique, and Google did the rest. It's a community effort.
One reason I was interested in finding the quotation, besides the fact that it shows TF's revered founder admitting they are a sex cult and proud of it, was that one of Chancellor's interviewees in his book complained to him that "we are not some cultish sex group."
That interviewee was the mother of the child who was the subject of the British child custody case. Here's part of what she tells Chancellor:
"It is awful to think that Family members abused others in the name of love. But, I did come to clearly see that some people hurt others. They had sexual experiences with minors. ... Initially, I would not accept that Father David was in any way responsible. Now, I know that he must bear some responsibility. ... The judge was right. The Mo letters had broken down taboos and opened the door wide for people to act abusively toward children. ... I have learned a lot from all this. But, in The Family, we serve God. We do not abuse children. We are not some cultish sex group."
