Though it is appears to be an earlier writing, it shows the nature of the group which we all know but it is in writing for the public to know.
It shows the "grifter" type nature of the Family and how it targets the rich and influential with sex for protection.
It shows how the Family blends in and targets specific people, asks for an "FF" team. It talks about hiding a known name because of being kicked out in the past.
It shows the nature of the beast- IN WRITING.
