In chapter 1 of Deborah's book, she describes the elaborate "coronation" ceremony Berg orchestrated to "crown" her Queen. (she reveals his ulterior motive was to have sex with her like he'd been having with Faithy since she was a young girl)
Does anyone know if Berg held other such ceremonies after Deborah was dethroned?
