I'm running out the door - so real quick - this reminds me of how Berg instructed us to claim that The children of God had disbanded and so we changed our name to The Family of Love. I believe that was after the RNR - late 70s maybe. I remember being out witnessing and passing out the lit, some woman cornered me. She knew my mom and said, "Aren't you The Children of God?" That threw me because we were telling everyone they had disbanded and we weren't that group. We were lying. Wasn't it in the letter "A Rose by any other name"???
