I know the Abrahim gypsy king thing was suggested to a drunken berg and berg took it further. It was intentional fabrication though I think it is possible the women involved, particularly the woman other than Maria, were just sort of having fun with drunk berg. Maybe Berg bought it and of course who is to question him? At that point it becomes revelation of "god" according to Berg and no one wanted to get in his or Maria's bad graces.
My hope is that perhaps the other woman will come forward and talk about it. The way I see it she was victimized by Berg considering an abusive background and being very young.
Maria on the other hand was young but very opportunistic. Also, from many different accounts she zealously guarded access to Berg as well as guarding her position. None of that is news.
My thoughts about it weren't to knock the other woman at all but to show the premise for many of the prophecies and doctrines were based on something entirely fabricated by people who were not serious then berg took it serious and it became doctrine and basis for more of his deluded revelations. Judy has some good things to say about it but since some of the content of her message is religious in opinion, I will post it at Journeys under Judy's response on Abrahim/Berg
