Here's my take on where things like the Vandari come from. Berg, Maria and Co., got the ball rolling with prophecies, dreams, and visions like Abrahim, David, Can't Stop Our Reign, Ivan Ivanovitch, Green Doors, the AC Jews (don't forget them), and the Anti-Christ himself, countless revelatory messages of all shapes and colors. Fill up the minds of your followers, most of them fresh out of the hippy psychedelic drug sub-culture, presto, you've got plenty of fertile ground for a whole 'New Nation' of Jeremiahs, Isaiahs, and little Davids. Most of us became a mouthpiece for plenty of Berg-like, Maria-like, Peter-like, WS prophet-like messages from "above", the anything but benign Father of false prophecies, delusions and lies.
And sad to say we grew up our children with this teaching, taught them to speak the word of the Lord à la David Berg, (Lord of the Flies?). So the SGs that still remain in the group are as good as any of us ever were at hearing from every Goddess, Angel, and Spirit Helper that comes along with the latest message of revelation and or warning. Like the Vandari message. It's in their blood and these messages come 'naturally' to them. I got really good at it myself and sometimes I think I was really impressive, impressively weird. So I don't necessarily think that they need to pre-meditate and arbitrarily cook up new Abrahims anymore. Call it Cultic Mindset Productions, they and their following generate it automatically.
