noone actually thought about the fact that most of these young ppl involved in violence and gangs are often 2nd generation unemployed immigrant families. not well off, having slipped thru the education net, ended up jobless & angry and looking for some kind of purpose. plus having to go thru so much discrimination from a young age (the world as we know it..) living in poor suburbs and all that resulting in no respect for anyone but mostly themselves. i find it very sad.
